The policy brief is a critique of the current mainstream approaches adopted in the field of international law, technology policy, information science and economics, of mostly doctrinal nature to assess how much applicable is the very approach of “international AI governance” suggested is reasonable. Cultural and philosophical issues have been addressed in the brief, in the end suggesting a polycentric approach to the issue.
