The India E-Courts Manual has been developed to guide and assist judges, advocates, court officers and other personnel in courts across India. The scope of the manual is not global, nor does it extend to the Indo-Pacific region. However, the framework in the manual may be considered consultative, provided the publishing firm, and the authors are appropriately cited.

About the Authors

Kapil Naresh

Kapil is Head of Research, JuriAide® (a legal technology division), at Indic Pacific Legal Research and a Chief Knowledge Advisor & Vice-President (interim), AI Standardisation Alliance at the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law. His experience lies in corporate law, global and cross-border data protection & privacy law, artificial intelligence policy and technology law.

Abhivardhan

Abhivardhan is the Managing Partner of Indic Pacific Legal Research & the Founder, President & Managing Trustee of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law. He has also drafted AIACT.IN — India’s first privately proposed AI regulation.

Ayush Chandra

Ayush is the Chairperson of the Policy Innovation Committee, and a Patron Member of the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law, and specialises in business law, legal technology advisory, and cybersecurity law.
